Ramesh Reddy is a global CIO and enterprise transformation leader who operates at the intersection of technology, strategy, and growth. With more than three decades of experience, he is known for redefining how technology creates competitive advantage — building future-ready platforms, reshaping operating models, and translating ambition into enterprise-wide execution at scale.
As CIO at YETI, Ramesh led the strategic design of a multi-year, multi-region transformation to modernize the company's global technology foundation. Spanning North America, Europe, and APAC, the blueprint reimagined core enterprise platforms — including SAP S/4HANA, Order Management, Global Payments, Pricing Management, and Product Master Data — anchored by a unified Data and Analytics layer engineered to enable AI-driven decision-making. His work established a clear path toward a more intelligent, agile, and globally integrated enterprise.
Previously, as CIO of Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Ramesh drove enterprise transformation during a period of unprecedented disruption — scaling eCommerce nearly fourfold while launching chain-wide curbside, marketplace, and loyalty capabilities. At Ulta Beauty, as SVP of Consumer Technologies, he was a key force behind the company's digital and store technology evolution, leading the shift from legacy systems to a microservices, API-first architecture and introducing a product-and-platform operating model that accelerated innovation. At Petco, he redefined digital-to-store integration across 1,500+ locations, advancing a seamless omnichannel experience.
Earlier in his career, Ramesh was a Partner at IBM, where he advised some of the world's most recognized retail brands — including Kohl's, REI, Columbia Sportswear, Hudson's Bay, and Nike — on omnichannel commerce, order management, and digital strategy.
Ramesh's expertise spans large-scale ERP modernization, digital commerce and omnichannel, cloud and data platforms, and enterprise AI strategy. He also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Adeptmind, helping shape go-to-market and enterprise adoption of AI-powered merchandising and discovery platforms.
He is now seeking a CIO role where he can lead at enterprise scale — partnering with CEOs and boards to unlock growth, modernize core platforms, and build AI-enabled organizations that define the next era of the industry.
